Christina Applegate: Incredibly Grateful

After overcoming tough times, Christina Applegate likes to keep the good in her life and the bad out.

The stunning actress said at the Entertainment Industry Foundation's annual Revlon Run/Walk in Los Angeles, "Stress isn't something I really allow into my life. It creeps in but that's a huge thing, changing my diet, changing my want to make everyday the best that I can.”
The 38-year-old was joined at the event by an entourage of support, which included her mother Nancy Priddy, who was a fellow breast-cancer survivor, friends and 20 crew members from “Samantha, Who?”.

Applegate underwent a double mastectomy, but doesn’t let negativity effect her life. "I fall short. I get into self-pity and all of those things you do ... but at the end of the day, this is the day that I'm living and I need to rejoice in it," she says.

Meanwhile, Christin recently announced that she’s engaged to musician Martyn Lenoble, who she calls her “best friend.”

"This chapter of my life is bigger, better, more exciting. I'm looking forward to everything my life has to offer," she says. "I feel incredibly grateful."

And she wants the planning to be stress free. "We don't even know when [the wedding will be. We're just living right now."

2010 CMT Music Awards Nominees Announced!

They’re the only fan-voted awards in country music, and earlier today the CMT Music Awards nominations were announced.

And, not surprisingly, Carrie Underwood, Taylor Swift, Jason Aldean, and Lady Antebellum all nabbed three nods each.
Kid Rock will be hosting the ceremony, slated to air live on June 9th on the Country Music Television network.

Satisfying her growling tummy, Eva Longoria was spotted arriving at Katsuya restaurant in Hollywood last night (May 10).

The “Desperate Housewives” actress looked studious in a pair of eyeglasses along with a black jacket, grey top, jeans, and black peep-toe heels.
In related news, Eva’s Las Vegas establishments Beso and Eve were at the center of speculation as her accountant and two operating partners had a disagreement.

The partners were barred from the property as there appears to be some drama surrounding their business practices.

A source told press, “The biggest misconception in all of this was it was a raid. Eva wants everybody to know there was no raid of any kind. It was simply one of Eva’s lawyers in the company of a private security group.”

“Business was never interrupted, and it didn’t even close for one minute. This has been blown out of proportion. It has been totally sensationalized.”

Doing some overseas promotion, Taylor Momsen was spotted at BBC Radio One studios in London, England today (May 11).

As for the recent comparisons to Courtney Love, Taylor says she’d much rather aspire to be Love’s late husband Kurt Cobain.

Getting in some pre-flight pampering, Paris Hilton was spotted out at the Kate Somerville salon in Los Angeles, California on Monday (May 10).

The hotel heiress headed outside with a handful of skin care products, tweeting, "Just had an amazing two hour deep tissue massage. So relaxing. Now I have to start packing for the Monaco Grand Prix and Cannes. So Excited!"

Earlier in the evening, Kim was also spotted catching all the action from the front row at the taping of “Dancing with the Stars.”
