On Wednesday night Beyonce Knowles performed at the White House, where the President Obama was entertaining the President of Mexico Felip Calderon.

The singer wore a bespoke gown created by design duo Ralph & Russo.

Her tulle corseted silk gown, encrusted with over 20,000 hand sewn gunmetal grey Swarovski, crystals was finished with crystal drops, a thigh high slit and heavily encrusted train.

You won’t be surprised to learn that the gown took 3 months to create.

It’s a shame we can’t see the whole look.

Love the dress, really don’t like the colour of her hair.

OMG…My jaw hit the keyboard when I saw Cheryl Cole on the red carpet this evening during Cannes Film Festival.

We haven’t seen much of Versace during the festival, but Cheryl looked outstanding on the red carpet tonight at the “Outside Of The Law” Premiere.

Her white Versace’s Fall 2010 dress was typically sexy with slits, cut-out details on the side and cross over straps on the back.

Christian Louboutin heels, a gold Corto Molta clutch and de Grisogono jewels complete the look.

Her hair looks much lighter in colour than it did at the de Grisogono event earlier this week.

I love this, but which do you prefer this look or her Cavalli look?

Doug Reinhardt isn't giving (any) Miss USA herpes

Yesterday rumors started that Doug Reinhardt was dating current Miss USA Rima Fakih which ended up being corrected because he's really dating last year's Miss USA Kristen Dalton. Except, surprise, neither one of America's beauty queens are getting the herpes swab. E! News reports:

Not only is he not dating the current Miss USA, but it looks like Doug Reinhardt isn't dating 2009 Miss USA Kristen Dalton, either. Dalton tells E! she has never been romantically involved with Reinhardt and their contact was purely for business purposes.
"Doug and I were only talking professionally," says Dalton. "I am with Reid [Rosenthal] and we are very serious about each other."
While it's obvious Doug Reinhardt started these rumors themselves, who the hell actually believed somebody wins the Miss USA pageant and goes "I'll have what Paris Hilton is having?" I don't care if you're a tabloid that claims Obama is Batboy's father, there's no way anyone should've bought that story.

Says the man running an entire website based on dick jokes.

Young Celebrities Line Up on Red Carpet for The CW

Throughout this week, all major networks descended upon New York City for their annual Upfront Presentations. At these events, each delivered its 2010-2011 primetime schedule.

We'd show you photos from the CBS festivites, but stars on that channel's shows are old.

On NBC, they'll all probably be replaced by Jay Leno soon.

Fox, meanwhile, can get back to us when it replaces Simon Cowell on American Idol; and we're mad at ABC taking away Lost from us this Sunday.

That leaves us with The CW, which airs enjoyable shows

She worked as a special correspondent for “Entertainment Tonight” at “Dancing with the Stars” this week, and it seems Kate Gosselin may have found her secret calling.

The “Jon and Kate Plus 8” chick took to her blog to express her delight over the whole experience and hope that the future holds more of the same.

Bono: Recovering from Emergency Back Surgery

He’s arguably the most famous rock star in the world, but even Bono needs some downtime once in awhile.

The “Where the Streets Have No Name” singer is currently laid up with a back injury that necessitated emergency surgery.

His rep told press, "Bono has today undergone emergency back surgery for an injury sustained during tour preparation training. He was admitted to a specialist neurosurgery unit in a Munich hospital.”

“Bono will spend the next few days there, before returning home to recuperate. Once his condition has been assessed further, a statement will be made regarding the impact on forthcoming tour dates."

Jude Law and Sienna Miller: Fighting... Again

After recently rekindling their romance, reports tell that Jude Law and Sienna Miller are once again having their difficulties.

According to Daily Mail reports, the "Sherlock Holmes" hunk and his "Factory Girl" flame had a "spectacular falling out" while together at Shoreditch House in London, England.

"It was like old times," a witness told. "They had this blazing row in front of everyone, and Sienna walked out. I couldn’t tell you what the row was about, but Sienna had a huge tantrum."

The source adds, "It was quite dramatic. As soon as she left, Jude started blatantly chatting up another girl in the club at the bar. She was very pretty and was clearly delighted that this huge movie star was making a move on her. Then, after a while, Sienna came back. You should have seen her face when she saw Jude and this other girl."

Looking as if they were able to patch things up, the insider finished by telling that the two appeared to be just fine by the end of the night, saying, "It was extraordinary. By the time I left, they seemed to have made up."

They’ve been in the Big Apple all week promoting their new movie “Camp Rock 2” and this morning (May 21) the Jonas Brothers greeted their fans at their concert in Central Park.

Nick, Joe, and Kevin were joined by co-star pal Demi Lovato as they all took the stage as part of the “Good Morning America Concert Series” to give the audience a killer performance.

She’s making quite a name for herself as an author, and now Lauren Conrad’s new book Style was inspired by her loyal fan following.

During a recent interview, LC explained, “The first book tour I went on, I had the opportunity to meet thousands and thousands of fans. The majority of the questions were about fashion. It was fun to share all the things I had learned.”

As for her own taste, the former “Hills” babe revealed she’s not an off-the-rack kind of girl. “Most of the things I buy are tailored.”

It looks like Megan Fox might not have been too hard to replace for the upcoming “Transformers 3” film, as another actress has reportedly already been cast for the part.

According to insiders, Katie Cassidy, daughter of 70s heartthrob David Cassidy, will be assuming the role.

A source told press that Michael Bay was thrilled to be rid of Miss Fox and already had Katie in mind as a replacement.

“Michael worked with Katie on A Nightmare On Elm Street and he sees her as the perfect choice. Megan was unknown when she was cast in the first Transformers and Katie is in that same mold. She even looks a little like Megan — only blonde.”

Adam Lambert Comes Down with Slight Case of Bieber Fever

In a new interview with OK! Weekly, Adam Lambert is the latest celebrity to admit: I've got a case of Bieber fever.

This infliction doesn't seem as dramatic as other verified outbreaks, as Lambert responded to a question about watching Justin Bieber perform at last Sunday's Wango Tango concert and said:

“I have to say I’m sorry I missed it. I met him before at a couple radio shows, he’s a really nice kid. He’s really friendly and he’s funny... He’s obviously worked really hard. I know adolescent girls are loving him. Good for him.”

She’s an avid art collector, and Kate Moss was targeted by burglars who broke into her home and stole three of her prized pieces earlier this week.

The English supermodel was reportedly at home asleep with her boyfriend Jamie Hince when thieves scaled the fence outside her home and entered her property around 4am on Thursday.

Among the three paintings stolen was a portrait done by popular artist Banksy, valued at a whopping $115,000.

Police have reportedly arrested an unidentified 24-year-old in connection with the robbery, though he’s thought to have accomplices as well.

Robert Pattinson: Horsing Around On Set

Getting down to work on his new film “Water for Elephants,” Robert Pattinson was spotted on set in Fillmore, California yesterday (May 20).

The “Remember Me” stud looked to be hard at work as he filmed some scenes with a horse from the circus his character works at.

Lindsay Lohan Posts $100,000 Bail

She had a warrant issued for her arrest after she didn’t show up at her court date yesterday, and now Lindsay Lohan has posted a bond to allow her to be free until her rescheduled appointment.

The “Georgia Rule” babe has been partying at the 2010 Cannes International Film Festival this week, and claimed her passport had been stolen. As a result, she failed to return to the US to answer to the judge for missing her alcohol education requirements of her probation.

Interestingly, LiLo has blamed the whole passport ordeal on her father Michael Lohan, though she never had a return flight booked when she supposedly tried to fly back to the States.
