Stepping out for a romantic stroll with her man, Fergie and Josh Duhamel were spotted out in Milan, Italy on Thursday afternoon (May 13).

The Black Eyed Peas frontwoman and her Transformers actor hubby hit up a few local shops while enjoying pleasant conversation with one another.
The outing comes as Fergie continues along with her world tour duties, during which she and her bandmates have been joined by former Girls Aloud singer Cheryl Cole.

Apparently getting along quite nicely, a source tells of Fergie and Cheryl, "They have been spending a lot of time having girly chats. There's a lot of banter between them, the two of them are thick as thieves."

Elin Nordegren Hires London-Based Divorce Attorney

Adding fuel to the divorce rumors, it is being reported that Elin Nordegren has hired a lawyer close to her family to represent her in the divorce from Tiger Woods.

According to TMZ, Elin hired Walter H. White, Jr. from a law firm in London - where Elin’s sister, Josefin, works.
When TMZ spoke to White this morning, however, he would neither confirm nor deny if he would be representing Elin.

On another note, it seems Elin and Tiger are having no custody problems in regards to the children. Elin is renting a house a mile away from the home she shared with Tiger and the children get to sleep over at their dad’s house and spend time with him.

“Elin wants to share custody, she wants Tiger to be a big part of the children’s lives,” the source said. “And both have done a great job trying to keep their problems away from the kids.”

Running some personal errands, Heidi Klum was spotted making her way around Beverly Hills, CA on Thursday (May 13).

The “Project Runway” host looked cute and casual as she was seen leaving a medical building and then heading to a Rite Aid.
The 36-year-old model recently revealed that when her husband Seal goes on tour, she and their 4 kids not only tag along but act like “groupies” at his shows.

Klum told Redbook magazine, “We roll in and we roll out like the groupies. The kids watch him perform every night and we have the best time. It also makes them understand better when he is on the road by himself and they ask where he is.”

Talking to TMZ, Miss Montag tells, "My mom [Darlene Egelhoff] just showed up to the house unannounced... and after what she did to me on national TV, I have no desire to see her."

Fighting after Darlene criticized her daughter's plastic surgery overload, Mama Montag began pounding on the door before being escorted away from the property, as Spencer told Us magazine of the situation, "She’s gone. The cops took her away."

Shortly thereafter, Heidi added, "Her showing up is completely out of line and psychotic. I'm getting a restraining order against her."

Rachel Uchitel Talks David Boreanaz Affair

As more details emerge regarding her affair with David Boreanaz, Rachel Uchitel says don’t believe everything you hear.

The famous mistress says the manipulative and mean-spirited text messages between her and the “Bones” star should have never been leaked, and they don’t give an accurate portrayal of her character.
"I feel compelled to address the false picture that has been portrayed. For reasons unknown to me, I believe that someone is deliberately trying to portray me in a false light. These texts should not have been published. I have many authentic text messages between David and myself which portray a completely different picture."

"The authentic texts, which I have, reveal that David Boreanaz repeatedly expressed his deep love and affection towards me."

Rachel’s attorney Gloria Allred stated, "Rachel Uchitel had a romantic relationship with David Boreanaz. She understood that he was unhappy in his marriage and had been for some time and she had reason to believe that he intended to separate from his wife. Joe Jackson to MJ Fans: Back Off Conrad Murray!

In a surprise move, Joe Jackson is looking not to stir the proverbial pot.

The late Michael Jackson's father is trying to prevent armies of famously passionate Michael Jackson fans from exploding on Dr. Conrad Murray supporters ... which apparently exist ... at the doctor's upcoming hearing in court.

Joe's begging Michael's fans to not "lower" themselves to "their" level.

It's unclear who they even are, but in a letter to MJ's fans, Joe says:
"We would like to urge fans that are planning to attend to please do so in peace, unity and love for Michael. There should be NO violence, NO slander, NO yelling, and NO bad-mouthing or name-calling of Murray or his supporters."

Joe added, "By calling names, we are lowering ourselves to their level."

The elder Jackson says the message is simple, "Justice for Michael."

Never thought we'd see the day, but we have nothing bad to say about Joe here. Perhaps he's just letting his own wrongful death suit against Murray do the talking

Should Lindsay Lohan Do Time?

Lindsay Lohan has clearly violated her probation, but will that land her in jail?

If you look at Linds' alcohol education record, it's clear she has a problem ... and not just with substance abuse and subsequent anger issues. With the law.

The train wreck must come to court on May 20 and prove to the judge she has attended 13 classes. To date, Lindsay has done nine. It is currently May 13.

One week, four additional classes? How is she gonna fit that into her partying schedule? This poses a big problem. Even if she did, it wouldn't fix things.

Even if Lindsay completes 13 classes by May 20, she still would have violated Judge Marsha Revel's order to attend at least one class every seven days.

Michael Lynche Eliminated from American Idol

American Idol may be an utter bore this season, but it can still deliver an emotional wallop at times.

On last night's results show, for example, Michael Lynche and Crystal Bowersox found themselves in the bottom two.

After Ryan Seacrest revealed that Big Mike would be heading home, the tears started to flow. First, from Michael's wife, cradling the couple's newborn daughter. Then, from various audience members as Lynche sang Michael Jackson's "Will You Be There" and, finally, from a certain celebrity gossip blogger's living room.

He just seemed really nice, okay?!?

Krista White: America's Next Top Model Winner

If self-serving blow hard Tyra Banks had her way, she'd name herself America's Next Top Model every year.

Fortunately, that's against this show's rules, which meant good things for Krista White last night.

The 26-year-old from Pine Bluff, Arkansas beat out Raina Hein in the finals and was reduced to tears when her name was announced as the winner.

"I can't believe it. I want to pinch myself," said White. "Nobody thought it would be me. For me, to be from the small Pine Bluff with maybe 100 or something people where nobody ever leaves. It's amazing ... I'm excited I'm America's Next Top Model."
Of course, someone has to tell Angela that the competition is over - and she lost.

"I know America loves me," the self-promoting finalist said after being eliminated. "Even though I'm not in the final two, I'm still America's Next Top Model."

Except that you aren't.

Banks referred to White as "the embodiment of a top model." As the winner, she receives a contract with Wilhelmina Models; a $100,000 contract with CoverGirl cosmetics; and a six-page spread in Seventeen.

Forget New Year's Eve, college graduation, or, heck, even Flag Day.

Today is the most momentous occasion of 2010 for millions of Twilight Saga fans around the world. That's because Robert Pattinson turns 24. Cue screams in 3...2...1...

After laying low for a few months, filming a new movie and remaining out of the spotlight where he's most comfortable, Pattinson will be featured on numerous magazine covers and talk shows over the next few weeks, promoting Eclipse.

It's already started: check out Robert's spread in South Africa's GQ and tune in today to The Oprah Winfrey Show, where he, Kristen Stewart and Taylor Lautner will sit down with the host.
