She's gotten back into the limelight in a big way after record ratings during her SNL appearance, but Betty White isn't letting all of the fuss distract her from her main passion - wildlife.
The former "Golden Girls" actress told press, “The thing I like to do best is my work for animals. I’ve worked with LA Zoo and a number of other animal causes for years now, and I never want to give that up."
Insisting that her animal endeavors will always come first, Betty adds, “Whatever I do will have to fit around that.”
In related news, it sounds as if Miss White has drawn the interest of ABC's "Dancing with the Stars," as a source tells, “Dancing With The Stars would love to have Betty White grace the dance floor next season. Not only would she guarantee great ratings, she would also make it easier for a lot of big celebrities — who up to now have been sitting on the fence — to sign on. There is no one bigger or more respected than Betty White.”
