Enjoying a Mother's day weekend outing with her daughter, Katie Holmes took Suri Cruise shopping in Los Angeles, California on Saturday (May 8).
The adorable duo trekked over to the Steven Alan clothing store, where they perused through the local boutique's selections before leaving with a few new purchases
The outing comes after Mrs Tom Cruise joined her "Top Gun" hubby to perform a song and dance at the “A Fine Romance” charity gala - with Katie singing the tune “Whatever Lola Wants” from Damn Yankees.
And while the pair seemed to be having a marvelous time on this particular night, there are still rumblings of unhappiness in the marriage.
A Cruise source recently told E! Online, "Tom is one of the most goal-oriented guys I know. He never stops and chills. Ever, ever, ever—sitting around and just talking—never happens. You cannot just hang with him; he always has a plan of what to do next."
